Zetor Proxima Plus 2008

Proxima Plus adds increased muscle to the Proxima Range. 3 models at 88hp, 99hp and 109hp are highly manoeuvrable & powerful with up to 37% torque back-up. A high standard specification means Proxima Plus is the ideal all-rounder for any business demanding top performance & value from its tractors.

Engine
Proxima Plus is powered by the latest generation of Zetor 4 cylinder diesel engines. Turbocharged and inter-cooled, these are fully compliant with Tier III emission standards and are designed for low cost operation with long-term reliability. The one-piece bonnet is easily tilted upwards to provide unrestricted access to all parts of the engine for daily maintenance and servicing.

Transmission
A smooth shifting 16x16 powershift transmission incorporates synchro-mechanical shuttle with dash-mounted lever. A 310mm cera-metallic clutch plate is fitted for extended operating life and reliability. Four wheel braking is standard & multi-plate oil-immersed disc packs on each wheel ensure safe, positive braking. 4.15 tonnes lift capacity & 3 d/a spool valves make Proxima Plus a versatile all-rounder. 540/1000rpm PTO has hydraulic clutch for smooth engagement and unique ground speed PTO system enabling the rotation of the PTO to be reversed even when the tractor is stationary.

Front & Rear Axles
The Carraro HD20.16 front axle has 20% higher load capacity and a tight turning angle for outstanding manoeuvrability – making Proxima Plus ideal for intensive loader work. Similarly, the heavy duty one-piece rear portal axles are designed to meet the demands of higher engine horsepower.

Cab
Proxima Plus has a very spacious, comfortable cab with superb all-round visibility. Controls are simple to operate and fall easily to hand from the latest Grammer seat. Comprehensive specification includes:

Integrated cover for hydraulic controls with tidy-box, plug connector and lighter point. CD player & full size passenger seat Rubber floor mat with sandwich construction for easy cleaning and increased sound and heat insulation. Galvanised, easy-clean steps.

External

Uprated lights with crystal lenses for greater intensity. Heavy duty electrical system with battery positioned under the cab steps Reversible draw bar / pick-up hitch; power isolator switch & air compressor Front mudguards Increased ballast with chassis frame and front weights (option) Front three-point linkage & PTO (Zuidberg) is available as an option with 2.3 tonnes capacity.
